This is my first attempt to record a "dynasty"

Background:

I started this association back in 1940, as "Year 1" of the NCAA. I have simulated every year (without assigning myself to a team), up until 1993. So yes, that's about 50+ years of watching and doing nothing

About the association:

Here are some current records as of 1993 (1st 53 years of the NCAA)

NCAA Championships:
- 5 (Indiana and Kentucky)
- 4 (Louisville)
- 3 (Oklahoma, Oklahoma St., Arizona)
- 2 (Georgia Tech, North Carolina St, Temple, Georgetown, Iowa, Houston, Georgia, LSU)

Interestingly, neither Duke nor North Carolina has won an NCAA title.

A total of 342 (out of 352) schools have appeared in the NCAA. The 10 schools which has yet to appear in the NCAA tournament are:

It's the end of 1992-93 season. #3 Iowa has just won their 2nd NCAA title at the expense of #4 Kansas, 77-66.

Having an "unknown" coaching reputation, only a few schools have shown interest in my coaching application. As expected, these are the small-prestige schools, with prestige ranging from 3 to 6.

Two schools piqued my interest, mainly because they have single-digit wins the past season:

1. Sam Houston St; 8-20; Pres: 4
2. Western Michigan; 7-22; Pres: 6

A small school having poor winning records the past season can only mean one thing: they have nowhere else to go, but up!

Being excited to get my 1st head coaching job, I didn't bother to do some research before choosing a school. Without any educated criteria in making my decision, I chose ....
