In our first road game of the season we go up against the 3-2 Thunder. Despite Halid's 33 point performance, we can't over come 23 from Kevin Durant and 25 from Russel Westbrook and we drop our road opener.

Idaho: 100
Oklahoma City: 107
Record: 4-2

We send Fab Melo to the D-League so that he can get some playing time and hopefully develop into a contributed for us.

Next up on schedule is a game at Miami. And they demolish us with 29 from Dwyane Wade and 25 from Lebron. Varejao is the only player from our team who showed up with 20 and 11.

Idaho: 74
Miami: 112
Record: 4-3

We return home looking for a win against the Bulls. Varajeo fouls out after 20 minutes, and Shane Battier goes 0-6 and 0-4 from 3. But we hold the Bulls to 37% shooting and Halid gets his first career double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds.

Chicago: 91
Idaho: 95
Record: 5-3

The 8-3 Timberwolves are up next on our schedule. We shoot 34% from the floor and Kevin Love destroys us with 36 points and 15 rebounds. Not a good combination.

Minnesota: 98
Idaho: 84
Record: 5-4

Another home game, this time against the struggling Hornets. We shoot 53% from the field and held New Orleans to 39%. Varejao rebounds after a couple of poor showings and puts up 26 points and 9 rebounds. Eric Gordon put up 23 for the Hornets.

New Orleans: 86
Idaho: 104
Record: 6-4

The aging Celtics are up next. Doron lamb explodes for 20 off the bench and Varejao put up 20 points 16 rebounds 2 steals and 2 blocks despite shooting 6-16 from the floor. The aging Paul Pierce scored 19, but Rajon Rondo fouled out late in the game and the Celtics faded down the stretch.

Boston: 90
Idaho: 97
Record: 7-4

We go to Memphis to face off with the 1-7 Grizzlies. Halid Ljujic goes off for 27 points and 9 rebounds. Anderson Varejao has 23 points and 15 rebounds, but turns the ball over 8 times. Rudy Gay and Tony Allen dismantle us with 28 and 23 respectively.

Idaho: 106
Memphis:116
Record: 7-5

On the second night of a back to back we go up against the 76ers. Andrew Bynum destroys us with 25 points and 10 rebounds. Wesley Johnson is our lone highlight, putting up 21 points. Varejao fouls out after 20 minutes of trying to guard Bynum.

Idaho: 77
Philadelphia: 99
Record: 7-6

It turns out to be a back to back to back as we face New York the next day. Varejao tries his best with 15 points and 19 rebounds, but we can't overcome 23 from Carmelo and 20 from Amar'e.

Idaho: 89
New York: 107
Record: 7-7

Another away game, this time against the Spurs. Varejao puts up 24 points. But we allow the Spurs to shoot 56% from the field. Tony Parker kills us with 24 points and 9 assists and Kawhi Leonard plays stellar defense racking up 5 steals to go along with 21 points.

Idaho: 99
San Antonio: 116
Record: 7-8

Finally a home game. We're going up against the Philadelphia 76ers. Bynum and Varejao duke it out both picking up 5 fouls. Bynum notches 21 points 8 rebounds and 4 blocks and Varejao goes for 18 points 11 rebounds and 5 steals. But even Halid's 18 points can't push us over the top.
