Thanks Jabez.

Jake skips the first two tournaments to work on his game.

Gentry Golf Championship Kapalua Plantation Maui HI
Thurs. Jake has never been to Hawaii before, so he decides to make his debut there. It's raining. Jake doesn't make too many mistakes, but his putts just weren't falling. He ends the round with a 76 +3. He is back in 123rd place. There are 3 players tied for the lead at -8.

Fri. Jake's putting is much improved today. He gets an eagle on the 15th and shoots a 70 for the round to finish at even. But it is not enough and he misses the cut by 2 strokes. JJ Killeen of the US shoots a 64 on the final day to win by 2 strokes, finishing at -22.

Crusader ... (I didn't mean to hijack your posts but ...:o ) there's a mate here playing the Game, as well ... have you come across the Challenge mode during Career mode? ... or maybe, I'm missing something ...

I have seen the Challenge mode, but I haven't tried it. I'm not sure what it's all about.

Arch Golf Open Augusta National, Augusta GA
Thurs. Jake gets an eagle on the 2nd, but gets 2 double bogeys. He gets a 78 +6 and ends the day tied for 86th. 2 players lead at -5
Fri. Jake plays much the same as the day before, getting another 78. The cut was +9, so he misses it by 3 strokes.

Brett Wetterich of the US ends with a -8, winning the tournament by 6 strokes.

Don't mean to hijack your posts, too, Crusader.

Put simply the Challenge Mode is a way of playing in the Career Mode with the opportunity of winning a free Wolverine Studios game of your choice once you accumulate the required points (at least 500 points). The offer lasts until December 31, 2013.

Thanks for the refresher course, monk ... for some odd reason, I just went into the Career mode by, ignoring the Challenge option :o ... I guess it's an old habit of just playing for FUN, without pressure ... ;)
