2nd license

Postby Wayne23 » Wed Dec 05, 2007 10:43 pm

This has probably been covered LOTS of times. Just got a new computer. I know I have the second license but how do I actually install the game(s) onto the new computer (step by step please). Thanks.

Exactly as you did the original install the license number works for 2 installs.

As I recall (and I don't recall all that well), I went to the web store, downloaded and paid for the game. I was hoping I wouldn't need to pay for it this time; I've been trying to get the second license without doing the above but haven'r found a way (that's what I meant by "details".

You need to just download the game, not purchase it again. Where you download it from will depend on which game it is, but there are links for all of them on the forums. You will need to enter the OrderID you received via email when you purchased the game originally, and the license will install automatically as it did the first time.

I was able to download Pro Hoops but the downloads page doesn't seem to have a link for DDS:CB. Everywhere I can find the game I need to pay for it. What am I missing?

You should have saved the original download of DDSCB to your hard drive so use that one or go back to Gary's forum post and download the file.

make sure you save the download files to your hard drive so you don't have to go searching everytime you want to install them.

I did save the download but since I'm trying to install to a different computer...
Anyway, the Pro Hoop game has a download on the download page of the website, and that part was easy but the beta for DDS:CB doesn't have one (that I can find).
