Whatever happened to Courtside pro basketball from shotsports? Is the game still in development?

The last I heard they were taking the game off the market, and refunding money for deposits on the new game. No one that I know has heard of them since they pulled the forum a ways back.

I don't think courtside is being developed any longer. They kept pushing back the release date and finally just disappeared altogether. I never got a response from customer service. Too bad, jumpshot basketball was a really solid game. I still play it a lot. I wish they had just kept working on that one, instead of trying to build a new game. I think the pressure and stress burned them out. I believe that a two person team was behind jumshot/courtside and a personal relationship may have gone sour, in effect ending any further coding.
