Edting Games

Postby Snowflake11 » Tue Jan 30, 2007 12:11 am

What programs do I need to edit the games, and are there any tutorials on how to do this? I only play the basketball ones. Thanks

It depends on what you want to edit. You'll need a database(.mdb) editor to edit the game information, while most any graphics editing program can be used on logos, photos, courts, banners, and the like. There are instructions and templates for the new game in the DDS: Pro Basketball Mods forum.

I heard that MS Access was the only way to edit the database, but i looked at the price and, it cost some $$$. Any alternitives that are cheaper or free?

Some people have used Open Office, there are other free options available with a google search(mdb editors). Access is better, but with some patience you can do it with the commonly available ones.
