Well as you can see we've updated the website - hopefully all of our files are much easier to find now. One item you will see is a support link - the best way for you to get technical support will be to use the form on that link and we will do our best to be able to answer it within 24-48 hours. The forums here are a great resource as well for community answers and help but the most direct way to get help from tech support or the individual developers will be to use the tech support form.
