Sim Game Renaissance

I might be late, but it seems like simulation games are going through a renaissance. I thought this would happen a few years ago when .400 opened up. But now I'm seeing new companies pop up, more diversity in the games available, and an overall larger community. I'm really excited for a new pro basketball game and pro football game from another company, or maybe Wolverine (i'm not sure if this is in your plans).
It could be that I'm late, because I'm in the military and for the last 4 years I've been gone so often I haven't had time to stop and see whats out there.
Anyway, I'm excited for Total Pro Golf, and I can't wait for the basketball games.
