DDSCB 2017 Crash

Hey, I bought DDSCB 2017 today and I'm getting this crash regularly, does anyone know how I go about fixing it? I have sent in a support ticket but thought I would ask here as well.

I'm on windows 10 and the version is 1.5, not sure what other information you would need but feel free to ask

If you haven't yet gotten any help go to the Homepage and send the request via Support (Way over on the top right.)

Unable to read the error info in your link..too small...and when I zoom in the resolution is too poor to read it. Agree with Wayne's suggestion if you already didn't get help on this.
