Pro or College Version?

As a huge fan of football and simulations, for someone with a limited budget, which would you recommend I buy first?

I think it depends most on whether you LIKE pro or college football better. Which do you prefer to follow, read about, watch?

Also within the game, do you want to be involved more in recruiting (college) or finances, contracts, free agency, etc and trades (pro)?

For me, I prefer the college game because it keeps your roster fresh. You basically have a new roster every 4 years. In a pro game you could have players for 10-15 years.

The pro version is the best version. Trading is much more fun than recruiting.

Pro version for me but the real fun comes when you can link the college and pro version together. You can then see the prospects full career!

Honestly, I prefer the college game, because the roster accuracy isn't that big of a deal in my opinion. Plus, it's more challenging to build a consistent winner.
