Manager Game where you are the player

Hi,
You have got great games and an awesome variety. I was wondering if there is any game in the future where you take control of a player. I would love to go through the college system in football or basketball and then go to the pro leagues. I would love to hear your thoughts. Are there any games out there like this already?

In DDSPG2018 you control a golfer and help develop him through training, practice rounds, and playing out rounds in tournament so that he can go from the junior tour to the Pro tour and eventually to the senior tour.
In the college and pro basketball games you're controlling a team and its players, but can watch individual players perform in college, be drafted by the pros, move into the NBA, and perform professionally.
Not sure if the college and pro football games can be sync'ed the same way...someone else will have to answer that.

I dont know why whenever I uploaded draft classes to the Pro Basketball Game it doesnt work even. This is how I sim.
1. I finish simming the college sim and wait in April 23
2. After that I sim the Pro Basketball sim until end of the finals June 6
3. Then I sim until April 30 in College and save it before I go to new season.
4. Then after that I go to draft lottery for pro basketball then go to Awards
5. After awards I save the Pro Basketball game
6. Then I sim until the draft
Is that the correct order or did I do something wrong?
