[DDSPB17] Avatars are broken

Hi

When creating a new game without European League the game refuses to set staff and players avatars, they are all default.

First time I played the European league and forgot to set my own avatar but staff and players had theirs... Now that I wanted to play the American league I'm getting only default avatar (I mean the black silouette).
Then I renamed default nonplayer avatar and substituted it with a pic of mine and all the staff, included myself, got that avatar, lol - players still got defaul black.

Not sure if anyone can help on this...
