Game Support "unhandled error" college 2019 B-ball

Hi, I am trying to create a support ticket for my college basketball 2019 game. My game was going fine, but now it is constantly getting an "unhandled exception error" when I try to save the game. I assume I needed to attach my .cbb file for the support ticket, but I have been unsuccessful. The server says my attachment exceeds the file size. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Nevermind. i figured out how to attach file. I had to zip it for it to work.
