New member seeking Pro Football help

Hi everyone,

I have been following the NFL from across the pond for a number of years, and I am very much looking forward to purchasing Pro Football 21 tomorrow. My understanding of the game itself is pretty sound, although I do lack knowledge in the different schemes, and types of players that suit each one, and would appreciate some guidance in this area if at all possible.

In addition, I was hoping to increase my familiiarity of the back office side. Can anyone reccomend any web sites that may give me a greater knowledge of how things work such as, restricted and unrestricted free agency, salary caps, contract types, scouting and key attributes for positions and roles, and roster management.

The game doesnt model NFL verbatim since it also need to be playable.
