Importing DDS CB into DDS PB Problem

All,
I am trying to import the college draft into the pro game. I believe i have it setup correctly, however when i go to import, it just Processing, please be patient. I let it set for 8 hours while it processed. I think i was patient enough.

What i am doing wrong? Is there a trick?

Someone posted this in the college basketball forum, seems to be like your issue. It appears best course of action is opening a support ticket.
