How long until a new basketball game?

I really want a basketball sim, and I'm thinking about buying TPB 2005, but I don't want to buy it if a new version will be coming out in a couple months.

Is there any kind of time table?
Or can you at least tell me if I'll have the time to get my money's worth from TPB?

I would say you have time to get your money's worth out of TPB and the new basketball game will be built off of TPB so it might be good to kick the tires there a bit so you're accustomed to the new game.

As for time table I can't give that yet but I would say Im hoping to have one out by the end of the year. Once golf gets out the door which shouldnt be much longer I will have more details about basketball
