I can't access the boards from my home IP address, an error message tells me I was permanently banned.

I visited the boards to follow the release of PB22. I haven't posted, I have ran a few searches looking for information.

I have bought several titles over the years, I would like the mistake to be corrected.

usually its when ppl use a VPN, try shutting it off if you have one, some of those IPs get blacklisted (not by us).

AKH is correct. A lot of times people will log in with a VPN to post porn or some other spam. Those VPN-associated IPs will get banned along with the user names. As suggested, try shutting your VPN off (I assume you're using one, since you were able to use your user name to log in this time; if you had been banned, that wouldn't have worked) or get a new IP from your VPN before you try logging in. For what it's worth, sometimes I try to log in with my VPN on and get the same message that I've been banned. I always stop and say "Cool! Apparently I've banned myself!!!!" :-)

Have you tried putting a slice of orange into your account?
