i paid for and dowloaded the files they sent to my email . it does a download of 210mb and it says to open it and follow the set up wizard but that unfortunately never comes up..... any help?

Right click on the downloaded file and select properties, then check "Unblock". Then run as administrator. If you have other issues double check that you don't have other programs blocking installs or internet access and add WS games to the exceptions list.
