Is there a way to change/convert a online league to a solo league on my computer? Or is there a way to "copy" a complete team and use it in a solo league I'm playing on my computer.

There isn't, once you start the league it's set as a multiplayer league. That said, you can always just keep running it as the lone owner in a MP league.
