Help with license keys

I recently left a job and I had all of the games activated on that computer. I can't deactivate it now as I am at a new company. I can't activate the games on my home PC now. It says it's already been used. How do I go about removing the keys or being able to access the games on a different computer?

I tried using the support option but it tells me I’m not authorized. What are my other options?

Not sure why you are getting a not authorized message (if you can give me the exact message you are seeing that would be helpful). In the meantime send me a PM with your name and email address and games you are looking to relicense and I will help you
