Getting Multiple Players Into a Game

Hey
I'm looking to run sort of an all-star game where every player on the depth chart of a team will get playing time, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. There doesn't seem to be a way to sub players in manually.
What would you recommend? Is there a way to get multiple players into the game for each position?

The only way would be to play them in different formations..

yeah and you can play around with 'play starter and reserves' on the strategy screen as well, possibly on top of the depthchart tweak.
