DDSPF: Training Camp Freezing/General Issues Fix

If you are having trouble simming past training camps try enabling personalities. You should be able to disable it afterwards if desired.

Note that there may be other spots in the game that are affected by the personalities not being enabled, so you can try enabling to get past those stages.

At this point we recommend leaving personalities on all the time to avoid any other issues.
