One small note: I couldnt find a really good quality tournament logo for 2016 so I used the 2014 for now as a place holder. The only difference between the two is the year - other than that they are exactly the same. Perhaps if I cannot find a good 2016 version I will just create the replace the 4 in 2014 with a 6, but if I can find the original I would rather have that.

This year the NCAA has dramatically changed it's NCAA Tournament courts - having a design for each of the rounds leading up to the Final Four court - and idea and concept that personally resonates with me. We don't quite have that ability to match that with a different court for each round. We have 1 court for the play in, 1 for the rounds leading up to the final four, and 1 for the final four and championship game.

So.. here is the complete First Four court (main4)

For the first,second, sweet sixteen and elite eight, what I have done is chosen one of the designs and built it. I have deliberately left out the round name on the court because it would look silly if the court said "First Round" on the sideline and it was the sweet sixteen or something. This way its more generic but not the actual replica. I have also left the team logo off the court since its the same court for all locations in the game. The Final Four court will be an amalgamation of all of the previous rounds combined. Each location has its own distinguishing color in top left hand part of the court. So if you pay attention to the First Four court - it lacks the color white and white font, however in the first round court (which is the one I am going to use for the game) the letters are colored white and there is a white stripe. In the 2nd round, sweet sixteen and elite eight, you will continue to see more colours I imagine added to the court leading up to the unveiling of the Final Four court.

Anyways here is the "generic" early rounds court (taken from the first round games played at Raleigh, NC) that I have designed for the game. This will replace the file called "main" in the courts\assn folder (so these go in the same folder as all the previous tournament courts I have been posting). All of these tournament courts will be put into the mod which I will put out again after Gary has put out his first update, since it needs to be retested anyways, but for now, you can add these two courts plus the others I put up individually.

You place this court in the C:\Wolverine Studios\DDSCB2016\Graphics\Courts\Assn folder. It will overwrite the current NIT MSG court or if you want to keep the previous one - just rename it to something else prior to pasting this court in that folder.

Also, keep in mind for this version of the game Gary has automated the NIT Tournament courts so that all games prior to the final four and championship games are played on the appropriate school court and the game will automatically load up this court should you reach (or choose to watch) the final four and championship games.

Like the NIT court above and all tournament courts this should be placed in your C:\Wolverine Studios\DDSCB2016\graphics\courts\assn folder.

So the end result is - we have a specific court for the play in (first four) games, another distinct court for the 1st round through to the elite eight, and this is the 3rd distinct court for the semi-finals and finals. Again, thanks to Gary there is no need to manually switch one out for the other - it's all automated now.
