The U. of Texas system needs to hire someone to update there logos, that comets and Permian Basin logo are straight from the 70's.

Thats actually the case for a lot of these schools it seems. They either have a really nice modern logo or something that looks like it is from the 70s.

The most in need of update in my opinion, the Williams College Ephs

So during resting I found that using a flat prestige rate as well as academics and facilities didn't feel right at all.

So I hunted down a great resource on academics and scored each schools academics mainly based on the value of each places education.

Secondly I am looking through media guides and websites to get a rough feel for facilities (this will not likely be accurate at first)

Finally I created a prestige system to give some better feel to the universe. It is described below.

HISTORICAL PRESTIGE:
- Every team has a base prestige of 25
- If a team has made it to a final 4 they get + 5
- If a team has made it to the championship +5
- If a team has won a championship they get +5
- If a team has won multiple titles they get +5
- If a team has more than 5 titles they get +5
- Max historical prestige is 50

Current Prestige:
- Each team has a base prestige of 6
- If they were in the current years top 25 they get +3
- If they were in the current years top 10 they get +3
- Max Current Prestige is 12

This has allowed for there to be more of a feeling of reality in my eyes. Before there was no feeling of an underdog which to me is integral to the game of college basketball.

Just a quick update. I should be able to release on Monday or Tuesday for some of you to test and beat up. Everything appears to be working and the tedious job of adjusting colors and jerseys is done. Currently all teams will use the default DDSCB court, my next mission will to be develop custom courts for each team and conference. As well as create tourney logos and courts to give it a more authentic feel but these are things that the mod can be released without.

This should be all you need to do.

1. Unzip the package and get the graphics folder and the default.dat file
2. In the DDSCB2016 folder, rename you current default.dat file to something like default.datold so you can go back to it if needed.
3. Paste the default.dat file from the unzipped D2 Mod folder into the DDSCB2016 folder where the game is saved.
4. Copy the contents of the D2 Mod > Graphics > Jersey Folder to the the DDSCB2016 > Graphics > Jersey folder
5. Copy the contents of the D2 Mod > Graphics > Logo Folder to the the DDSCB2016 > Graphics > Logo folder
6. Launch the game, Click Create and you should be good to go

Will there ever be a full mod with all D1, D2, and D3 schools combined?
