New dynasty

I want input into who I should make my first dynasty with. I want to take a school and turn them into the next Butler, Gonzaga, or VCU. The small school without football who becomes a major player in the D1 basketball scene. Give me your suggestions!

SO MANY to choose from. Some of the above probably play football, but none in a big way.

Most all of the Big West are non-football colleges....UC Irvine, Cal State Fullerton, Long Beach St, etc.

Indiana st. has a football team in the fcs subdivision. The private schools of the valley would all qualify though. Bradley, Drake, Evansville, Loyola. Bradley has by far the richest history of the 4, but it has long been fading away.
