Create rookie class in DDSPB17

It's probably a noob question,

but every time a new season starts, the game asks if you want the default rookie class or an import...
How can you make or edit a rookie class?
Because i want to add the 2018 and later 2019 rookie classes to make playing further into the future more realistic...

There should be a file in the folder called Draftpool.rkf that you can make a copy of and edit with a database program to create a draft class from.
