Importing leagues from DDSPB2016 ?

Will we be able to import a league from the 2016 version into this new version and continue on?

This really needs to be a feature (ala OOTP) to allow progressing long term leagues. I personally do not like to start fresh on every new version if I do not have to, particularly the college universes especially.

I may be in the minority on this but not sure.
