Restricted Free Agents

So I had a free agent who I had given a qualifying offer to, thereby making him a restricted free agent. I had planned on matching whatever offer sheet he would accept in free agency. He accepted one, and then he disappeared from the free agents list. I assumed that a pop-up or something would come up giving me the option to match but nothing came. How am I supposed to match the offer and retain my restricted free agents?


I'm a recent purchaser of the game btw.
