Problem with expansion (searching board didn't help)

I've been trying to start an league expansion, with me managing one of the teams.

So, I start the game without me controlling anyone. I run the game through to June 20. I go to commissioner mode and hit the expansion button. I select human control of Seattle. I advance.

And the expansion draft screen appears . . . with the commissioner screen laying on top of it so I can't see it! I can see the buttons, so I could start the draft and the CPU do it for me, but where's the fun in that?!? And no, their is no way I can see to close or reduce the commissioner screen.

Please, how do I run an expansion AND control the expansion draft?
