SlyBelle's NBA Team Names and Logos Mod

Hello,

I created a quick mod for the Pro Basketball game that includes all the NBA team names and logos. This does not contain anything else such as college, development league, and European logos/names.

What's Included?
- NBA Team Names
- NBA Team Logos
- NBA League Logo
- NBA Conference Logos

Download/Install
In order to use the mod, you have to download the following file. This is a self-installing file that will attempt to put all the files in the correct place for you.

1) Backup your current files. I always recommend this before installing mods.

2) After downloading the installer zip file, unzip the file in a temporary directory of your choosing.

3) Run the executable file InstallerDDSProBasketball2017NBATeamNamesandLogosMod.exe. Go through all the screens and don't change any of the options.

** During the installation, the process will make backups of your existing default.dat, conf1logo.gif, conf2logo.gif, and DDSPB.gif files. This way if you want these original files back, you can use the backup files.

4) Start the game and create a new league (this will not update existing leagues).

This looks like a great mod, but for some reason it isn't working for me. Have no trouble installing it, but the the logos don't show up and the names also don't change.

Interesting...seems to be OK for me....anybody else try this out and is it working for you?

One thing, this will only work if you create a new league...won't change existing seasons

With the new update to the game (1.8), my understanding is that changes were made to the default.dat file so I went ahead and updated the mod to use the latest file. In order to use, must download and install the mod again.

First of all thank you so much for making the mod and it is awesome. I've used it a lot and really makes the game a better experience. The mod works fine when doing the normal, 2016 season, but I see that the Team Names do not show up when running an historical replay. I was trying to start in 1995 but old team names remain. Is that just a hazard of teams coming into and out of existence?
