3/7: We play #10 seed Tennessee, 12-16, 6-12, in the quarter finals. We beat them by 22 in the regular season.

3/8: 72-71. Tim Hess hit a 17 footer, then stole a pass at the end. He had 28, 12. We were lucky tonight.

It’s #3 seed Missouri, 23-7, 13-5, in the semifinals. We won by 17 there.

3/9: 65-62. 20, 11 for Hess, 11, 11 for PF Bob Barr, 12, 6, 3 for Tre Arch. +9 RBs. We were down 19 at the half and came storming back in the 2nd. I love the way we
were so determined and never gave up.

#1 seed, #2 ranked Kentucky, 30-2, 17-1, for the title. They beat us easily there in the regular season. VERY tough team.

3/10: 73-87. They were the better team. 22 for Arch, 16, 11 for Hess.

26-6, 15, 3, #14, RPI #17.

#5 seed, #17 ranked Texas, 26-7, in Round 2. We think we’re the better team, but we’ll need to play well.

3/18: 75-69. Lots of lead changes but we finally took control with about 5 minutes left. 23, 13 for Luck, 20 for Arch. +10 RBs, 11 TOs.

This will be our 2nd trip to the Sweet Sixteen. We’re playing #1 in the nation Kentucky, 33-2. They beat us in the regular season and in the SEC tournament. It wasn’t close either time.

3/23: 72-80. We played well, but they are a very good team. 23, 7 for Hess, 16, 8 for Barr, 10, 4, 7 for Arch, 10, 7 for Luck. But their SG was unbelievable- 46, 14. He’s rated the #2 player in the country.

Great season!

4/3: #3 Duke won it all.

4/4: Awards: Tim Hess is SEC Frosh OY, and 1st team along with Tag Luck.

4/23: Hoping for a budget increase. We got an increase big enough to allow us to buy the national gold.
