30-0, 18-0.

3/12: #1 Midwest, #2 overall. I am absolutely shocked. #3 ranked LSU, with 3 losses, 3rd in the RPI, is #1 overall. This makes no sense. The media is going crazy, as they should be. We play #16 Savannah ST, 18-12.

3/16: 73-48. 25 for Paul. 57 RBs, 5 TOs.

#9 seed Florida, 18-12, in Round 2.

3/18: 74-51. 22, 11 for Vido.

#4 Louisville, 32-6, for the title. We beat them by 19 in December. They have a terrific back court, but we held it in check and controlled the inside last time. That’s the plan!

4/3: 97-79. Their starting guards lit us up for 64; didn’t mean a thing. 36, 15 for Vido, 23 for Paul, 14, 6, 5 for Jonn, 10, 8 for Gare. +14 TOs.

My 4th title, with 3 different teams.

3/7: #8 seed Ohio ST, 17-11, 8-10, in the first round.

3/8: 71-81. SHOCKED! We blew a 10 point lead, went stone cold in the 2nd half- 9-34. Gare and Paul played only 13 minutes each due to fouls, and we were -16 on the boards, our worst deficit in 2 seasons.

28-1, 18-0, #2, RPI #1. Will we still be #1 overall?

Ohio ST won the tourney.

3/12: #1 overall. We play 18-13 Chicago ST.

Southern politicians rush to fight against school desegregation.

3/16: 71-33. 24, 9, 4 for Paul, 15, 4, 3 for Jonn, 10, 11 for Gare, 16 RBs for Cook. 61 RBs, 8 TOs.

My guys are determined to win the title. I won’t say the loss was good, but it was definitely motivating, as well as being a wake up call.

#8 seed Oklahoa, 21-10, in Round 2.

3/18: 83-59, 30, 7 for Paul, 21, 7, 9 for Jonn.

#4 seed, #14 ranked Duke, 23-9, in the Sweet Sixteen. Beat them by 15 at our place.

3/23: 81-69. 34, 7 for Paul, 15, 4, 11, 5, 2 for Jonn.

Ohio ST made a great postseason run, going out in this round.

#6 seed, #12 ranked UMass, 29-7, in the Elite Eight.

3/25: 78-42. A rout. 21, 5 for Paul, 13, 2, 7 for Jonn, 13 RBs for Robb.

We play #1 ranked Louisville, 35-2, in the national semifinal. We beat them by 11 at our place. They’re tough outside, but we’re about as tough, and we hold a solid edge inside.

On the other side it’s #6 LSU, 32-4, vs. #3 UCLA, 32-4.

4/1: 76-71. We were 9 down with 10 minutes left. 22, 8, 4 for Jonn, 17, 11 for Gare, 8, 13 for Cook. 50 RBs, but 17 TOs. Their backcourt played well!

#3 UCLA, 33-4, for the title. We beat them by 21 at our place early.

4/3: 66-71. Very disappointed. We never led, we were in foul trouble most of the way, we shot an unbelievable 19%.

4/4: Awards: Adam Gare is Big 10 Def. POY; he and Lou Jonn made 2nd team. Cam Paul made 1st team.

4/19: Actress Grace Kelly marries Prince Rainier.

4/23: Can we finally get t0 A level facilities? Yes! A.

33-2, 18-0, title game.

Overall, I’m 728-187, .796.

Very disappointing season, or postseason anyway.
