How do you edit the main database?

I want to edit the main database (like Bloomington has) so that my league is exactly how I want it every time without having to make all the adjustments when start a new association.

How is this done?

You need to go into the main database file. The main file you want to edit is called default.dat. I use Access to do the changes. Hope that helps.
