Strategy/Game Plan Screen Issue

Am i crazy or does it simply not change/save when changing it to the DC instead of the Head Coach on the Gameplan tab ? You can toggle between them, but once you move away from the screen it reverts back to your Head Coach. (tried with and without pressing "save and activate")
