2016 Draft Question

2016 Draft Question

Just bought the game. I started a new 32 team career league using 2016 historical players. I got an error message stating there were no players available for the draft. Am I missing something?>
CFA - Costa Rica Howlers
WWPF - Cleveland Browns
CSFL - Cincinnati Bengals
NCFA - BGSU & Navy
