Question About Editing Team Info

I like to play on the default modern 32-team league format for a "realistic" experience, but I don't enjoy having to change the team names to the real ones every time I start a new game. Is there a way to make it so the game loads in the team names that I changed from the start, rather than me changing them once the game starts?
