Draft import major issues

I've been trying to play both the college & pro game together importing the draft class every season, but once draft time comes around everything thing seems messed up.

*No running backs are EVER drafted, and only signing during FA period.
*Player ratings are not changed it seems....players come into the league with 99 ratings.....I mean a lot of them which leads to the league getting messed up over time.

There is probably more to fix but after seeing those two issues I couldn't continue because its a deal breaker sadly.

Well there be any patch to fix this?

Unfortunately there is no way to know whether a draft class has already been adjusted, or whether the game should auto-adjust it when importing players. So the game doesn't touch any of the ratings. They come in however they are specified in the file. At this point you have to adjust the class either before or after import to get it to fall in line with your existing player universe.

There really isn't anything to "fix" but when we release DDSCF we can add additional information to the export file, and then follow on with a patch to add additional options to the DDSPF import screen to better integrate the two games.

thanks for the reply. I can live with the ratings not changing, it's the no running backs getting drafted that sends the gut punch.

i think maybe the WWPF guys have a spreadsheet that runs some macros to adjust classes.

You can try adjusting RB ratings up and/or everyone else down.
