How much does this play a part?

For example, a QB turned WR like Greg Ward. He is an 82 overall rating in my league at QB with a QB skill of 73. He goes up to a 90 WR overall but has the WR skill of 0. How much will this affect his play? Same with other positions like safeties going from an 88 SS to a 95 CB but less player skill at that position

It’s not something we can quantify. Skills affect certain aspects and attributes affect others.
