Added slider to affect watch game speed

To the right of "Last Play" when you click on "Watch" after a game has been simmed.

Is it only after the game has been simmed and you can watch it? Not during the actual game with your team?

Why not have the slider available for every game CPU vs CPU and have the called plays viewable, instead of play call not available?
