Need some tips.

Seems like every training camp, my players take HUGE hits...talking like -30+

Just curious as to how I go about training my team, not just in training camp though, but in general, and are there any negative effects for "over training" or anything like that?

The negative effect is losing so many points lol

Never go over 22 in total points. Yes the option is there to go up to 25 but never go over 22. Also, never go lower than 4 in a single area. Those are the unspoken rules for training. Follow those two rules and you'll get good results.

Thanks man! I had an 87 OVR QB and he regressed to a 78 over the course of a season.

I was thinking the negative effects were more along the lines of injuries during training etc.

I cannot comment on that exactly but injuries can occur outside of the games (in practice, training, etc.) to my knowledge. Not sure if over-training will effect the chance of that happening. I'll let Brook or AKH chime in there.
