Tiebreaker problems

I just finished a season tied for the division at 10-6. On the standings page, it has my team in first place (Miami) and the Bills in second. We split both games this year. Miami is 4-2 in division and Buffalo is 3-3 in division which would give Miami the division. However, when you click on the playoff tab on the standings, it put Buffalo as a #2 seed with a first round bye and Miami was left as the #5 seed. When you click on the playoff bracket it has the same. Miami should have the division title and the seeding should be completely different. Can the tiebreaker procedure please be looked at? I tried to upload pictures, but they are all too large. I can send you the file if you would like to check it out.

Now I just played forward into the playoffs and the AFC Championship game is Buffalo and Miami. Even though Buffalo was the 2 seed and Miami was the 4 seed....the game is being played in Miami. Something is definitely up with the tiebreaker procedures and playoff seeding for home games.
