I'm not exactly sure what you're asking since there is no multiplayer career mode in the game.

In all modes you can call plays for the human teams. (I'll have to check if we turned on the ability to play as both teams if both teams are human... )

But there is no way to call plays in a multiplayer league across the network.

Again, I'm not exactly sure what type of game you're talking about. Right now you can play multiplayer in online leagues or sandbox. If you're sandbox we may be able to enable calling plays H2H style. For online leagues, if 2 teams are human owned, then we may be able to enable that as well.

If you're talking about playing a game H2H over the network, no, I don't think we're going to have that anytime soon, if at all. I had some of the networking functioning years ago, but only for things like online drafts, chat rooms, etc.

I can't imagine anything under multiplayer H2H.
Perhaps he means 'realtime', so that you can play "live" on the 2d playing field against each other.

Online draft
No idea how this feature could look and work, but it sounds cool!

What else could online head to head mean but calling plays against another human online? You call an offensive play, your opponent calls a defensive play, and then you watch the result on the field.

Other games have this. It can't be that difficult.

As with all requests we add them to a list and tackle them in priority order. Every time we release the game we try and put new features in, and every time we release there is something missing that someone wants. We just don't have the time or the resources to put every feature in that is requested.
