I agree with Rob that it can feel stretched to have that many, so not sure the right amount.
Its difficult to compare this game to the NFL because the NFL doesn't deal with ratings, they deal with people. We know who will end up on rosters and who won't. So having 600+ players and only 224 getting drafted is overkill. I want to reiterate that 385 has seemed like a solid number to go with. Anything more is overkill.. though going less than that would be acceptable, too. 385 gives you 161 undrafted players... some of which will end up on rosters but not all.
