I take it this happened when you clicked change leage format?
If so, then its fixed for first patch.
If not i need more details.

So, I had a 12 team league with 16 games, i go to change league format (In season, i didn't actually change the league format) All i did was change the conference names, and they didn't change, and also every time on the info bar with the teams and conference drop down window when i changed it, i got the error. Now there was no divisions named in this league format (the 12 teams) so i added the division name for each conference, still got the same error.
