Exporting/Importing Teams after a user played game

How does a team export their team after they play a season game in my career mode, and then I import the team and publish?

I get it if you are changing your lineup or something, but even after a user picks in the draft, he was not able to export his pick. So how will he be able to export his played games?

Import and export are for online leagues.

Sorry, I mean Export team, and Import teams are options for online multiplayer leagues. The Export Data is available for all leagues. And Import/Export of players and schedules is available in all league types, in some cases for commissioner only.

People can't play games in online multiplayer leagues... normally commissioners just click Sim Week and then publish results.

A team can't "play" or "sim" a game in multiplayer... they export their depth charts, strategies, team settings, etc. and then the games are simmed when the commissioner runs the week.

In career mode you can export the data or generate the HTML from the options screen, but that would have to be manually published if you wanted to share that with others. The publish and import team/export team buttons aren't available in career mode.

Hmm ok, so no one in my league should be "playing" their games?

If the league is online, nope. They shouldn't even have the commish password to sim the games.
