Is there an option where you don't have to control any team? all teams controlled by the AI but you can make team changes.

I'm still on the fence, when are you incorporating Weather, Stadiums and more Franchise options like pricing, concessions, merchandise, parking, advertising and tickets (profit and loss)?
You are really competing with Madden 2008 for the PC now with all its mods from a Franchise standpoint.

Weather is on the list to put in. Stadiums and other RPG/Org Management is on the list, but much lower priority.
