Custom Playbook Error

Every time I go into "Customize Playbook" and create a new playbook, it completely resets my strategy screen. The playbook and run/pass ratio are returned to default regardless of what they were set to before. This is incredibly frustrating.

How can a person play this game properly without custom playbooks?

I can check into it. I don't think anything is broken... the custom playbooks work fine, it's just a tedious exercise to re-apply your changes after creating a playbook. Typically the screen resets strategy if any of the playbooks are invalid. Could be we're too aggressive with that.

The playbook was not invalid in any way.

I took a look at the code and nothing about creating a playbook resets anything. We'll have to do some more checking to see. Can you confirm you've saved those settings prior to creating the playbook?

Yes, this even happens when just LOOKING at a custom playbook, let alone editing or creating one. I have a custom sandbox league, offensive and defensive playcalling is set to "custom", gameplan is set to "use custom". I had custom offensive & defensive playbooks in place for every down/distance, plus I had manually changed all of the run/pass ratios. I even saved everything at this point and exited the game. Now when I reload the league, all my customizations are still in place, and I simply click on "customize playbook" and use the drop-down to select any custom playbook I created, exit that screen without making any changes whatsoever, and when I am returned to the strategy screen all of the playbooks revert to "Paul Clark Offense" and "Paul Clark Defense" (Paul Clark being the head coach) and all of the run/pass ratios are changed to seemingly random numbers. This is insanely frustrating, and I really hope there's something that can be done about it.
