Is this the right game for me?

I am looking for the following in a sim. Can you tell me which features this game supports?

To create a USFL type league, custom # of teams, custom logos, ability to change players names and traits, custom schedule and some custom rules. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes - has support for league formats that match up with USFL structures
Yes - Custom amount of teams within the given structures (not completely custom)
Yes - custom logos
Yes - edit players
Yes - custom schedule (you upload your own schedule if you wish)
No - custom rule options (not sure what this is... but i'm guessing no... no way to really change the in-game rules)
