"Unlocked" Depth Chart - Only Unlocked for MASTER Depth

Is it possible to unlock the depth charts like we had in PF16?

I can only select linebackers and Strong Safeties to play linebacker in specific formations, where I can still put anyone-anywhere in the master depth chart.

I don't want to play a DE at OLB in EVERY formation, but I would like to in the 3-4 in this scenario, but I can not currently do that without moving the DE to LB, which then throws off my ability to play him at DE in other formations and messes with my player requirement balance.
