another bug: trades draft pick from 2000 (i'm in year 2021)

This bug seems more serious:

CPU teams are trading draft picks from 2000 (initial year of league) for players and then no draft picks are swapped at all.

so teams are getting players for free in many deals...

This is in sandbox mode, all cpu control
